Monitoring - Our System Administrators are continuing to work to resolve the issue with SSL Certificates uploading and renewing in our system. Current certificates that are in place are not effected.

Identified - Our System Administrators are working on a solution for a temporary outage for uploading and renewing SSL Certificates for Private Domains. Current SSL Certificates that are in place are still functioning correctly. The issue is specifically for attempting to upload a new certificate or to renew an existing certificate that is about to expire.

Identified - An error was discovered that prevents slider and signature question types from uploading data when responses are captured offline. Our team is currently working to correct this and will post updates as soon as possible.
