We have been able to isolate a majority of the incidents to be in relation to an incident reported by a vendor. They have reported resolution to issues impacting their service. We are monitoring our system to confirm full resolution.

We have identified intermittent situations where data exports, dashboards, and questions are not loaded within the application properly. We are working to mitigate these issues as swiftly as possible.
