Response Processing for the US service continues to catch back up to speed. Responses will progressively begin to appear in the application at a normal rate shortly. We are monitoring the situation. Thank you for your patience.

Our Engineering team is continuing to investigate and is making progress in restoring normal response processing performance for our US-based service. Data is being gathered and stored correctly, but is not consistently appearing in a portion of accounts at this time for responses gathered today, February 20th.
EU and Canada-based accounts are not affected at this time.

Response processing is delayed on our US-based service, which is causing data gathered in the last 10 hours to not show in app for some accounts. Responses are being gathered and stored properly, but are delayed in arriving within the application.
Our Engineering team has been working steadily during this period to troubleshoot and restore normal performance for response processing to resolve the issue. More information to follow as we receive updates from our Engineering team.
EU-based service experienced delays of this nature around 4 PM GMT, but these have since been resolved.
