Scheduled - SurveyGizmo will be undertaking a scheduled maintenance window for the EU-based service beginning Friday, June 5th at 2300 CEST. It is anticipated that the maintenance window will take 4 hours to complete, concluding at 0300 CEST, June 6th.

During this time, the SurveyGizmo application, survey taking, and API access will be unavailable for accounts on the EU service. To minimize impact to users and to survey takers, messaging noting that maintenance is in progress will be presented upon login. Survey takers will receive a white-labelled alert page that maintenance is in progress and to re-try their response within a couple of hours. We recommend pausing any calls to the API during this time frame.

SurveyGizmo will be providing email notifications just prior to the maintenance window and following completion of the maintenance window to subscribers to the StatusPage at surveygizmo.statuspage.io. Should you have any questions in regards to the maintenance window, our Support Team is happy to discuss with you via the Need Help menu in the application.

The US and Canada services will not be impacted by this maintenance window.

Starting May 27th, a security update will roll out that switches all survey taking to TLS 1.2 to ensure that SurveyGizmo is compliant with industry standard security practices. All US-based accounts will have this change in effect as of May 27th.

SurveyGizmo has scheduled a routine change to our services, and there's a small chance it could affect your survey takers.

SurveyGizmo survey taking currently supports the TLS 1.0 and 1.1 protocols. Starting May 13th, security updates will roll out that switch all survey taking to TLS 1.2 to ensure that SurveyGizmo is compliant with industry standard security practices.
